One of the most popular designs in the world, the Mediterranean home incorporates a country style. Bearing wooden details, ornaments and arches shown through its clean finishing.


Its grand entrance includes a water fountain at the center, intentionally but subtly guiding its occupant to the public entry. The floor plan is designed with four entrances, one for the public and guests, one for the west wing of the home, one for the east wing and finally the service entrance. This was incorporated to achieve privacy for the occupants living in the home.


All faces of the structure include a water fountain and nature through landscape.


The passages and corridors within the floor plan clearly guide the occupant at ease from one space to another, making the journey itself a joyful experience.
